Black buck are a very beautiful type of antelope that I was able to see at Velavadar National Park in Gujarat, India. I stayed at the appropriately named Black Buck Lodge and had these animals grazing right off my patio! I also saw them in the park - I was able to appreciate that the males are various levels of dark depending on age and have lovely twisty horns. These are my favorite shots of these gorgeous animals, which I really did not see elsewhere on my Indian wildlife trip.
